Was I Doing It Wrong?

Hello Everyone!!! How is everybody doing? Me? I'm doing good actually. I went to the gym for the first time at night yesterday! Very different, I kinda liked it, but I'd still rather go in the morning. I went on my friend again, the bicycle that's low lol. I don't even know the name of it, but I love it! I went almost 9 miles! Well truth be told, I went on the exercise bike for 1 and 1/2 miles. Then jumped on my friend :)

It definitely felt good to go. I didn't go in the morning like I usually do, so I decided to go at night. It was more crowded then I thought it would be. But not too crowded. Everyone at the gym is really nice too. I'm so glad I joined!

Something else I wanted to say was...I don't think I lost any weight :( Either I gained muscle and no weight was lost or I lost inches. Either way I should see a difference in the scale.

I've been talking to Jimmy Moore (livinlowcarbman on youtube)and I explained to him what my intake was of foods for the day because I wanted to know what I was doing wrong! So he said I should be losing weight as well as inches. It looks like I'm not getting enough fat in my diet. Because on atkins you need fat to burn fat. 20 carbs a day is essential too! Plus you must not go over 6 hours without eating. And you must eat til your full. These thing's are very important. As is other thing's, but we won't get into that today.

One thing I can say is that I feel so much better then I did. Everyday seems to get better then the last. I weigh in tomorrow for my work's weight loss competition. I guess we shall see if there was any difference this time. Tomorrow will also be 2 weeks since I started the diet. But I think I was doing it a little wrong. For one I drank 2 night's last week. So that might have something to do with it. I was eating peanut butter on occasion. I was drinking drink's that I didn't know had aspartame in them. And I wasn't getting enough water. I guess you can say that I didn't start the diet until 2 days ago really. Because I was doing it all wrong!! Well not completely wrong, but still there were thing's I shouldn't have eaten (peanut butter), and drank ( cherry vodka and drink's with aspartame). I'm back on the right track now!
