Yay!!!

Hello Everyone!! How have you been? I've been doing good! Last friday we weighed in at work for our weight loss competition and I lost 5 more pounds!!! I was so happy when I saw that number. I couldn't believe it! I was like, no wait is that right? OMG!!! But yup 5 more down, many to go! But now I'm down to 360 pounds from 383. That's 23pounds total since June. And many of you know that I was on atkins a few month's ago. Then I stopped doing it, which was a huge mistake! Well after I stopped I went on a whole grain eating "diet". I can't really say it was a diet, I was just eating alot better. I haven't had fast food in over 8 month's and I really don't miss it at all. I really don't! I don't miss that feeling when I was done eating it where I would say, everytime, "Oh, Why did I eat that?" Seriously fast food is horrible and horrible for you and I'm so proud of myself for resisting to eat any. There used to be that urge to go get some, but for a few month's now I haven't had that urge at all! Well after I was at a standstill with my weight and felt like I couldn't do it anymore, I went back to my atkins diet and started it over and I've been sticking to it for a few weeks now. Plus this time I'm reading the book, Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution. If you or someone you know is going to start atkins make sure you get the book! It's a must have for the diet. There is thing's in there I never knew I could eat while on atkins.

Alot of people think it's just meat, egg's and cheese, but did you know you can have vegetable's? The book name's alot of vegetables that you can have and that's just in the induction phase. All I can say is that this diet work's for me. It might not work for everyone, but if you can stick to it you WILL see some amazing result's!
