Long Time!!

ok ok ok so it's been like 5 and a half months. Sorry about that.
Well the last time I wrote a blog i said I was 318...boy was I wrong! I believe I was still close to 340.

I was upset cause I thought I lost all of that weight since the last post, but I didn't.

As of now I'm 323. So i have lost since the last post but I was in a very long plateu. I am kinda in one now. But I feel great. way better then ever before.

Almost There!!!

Hey everyone! Tony here again with another update.

Well, I weighed in today and the results were shocking....but in a good way! Like usual I hopped on the scale, saw the results, then hopped off. I did that at least 10 times! Finally I just accepted the results. The scale read....318.4!!!

I couldn't believe it!! Another 9 pounds lost and never coming back! That makes it a total of 65 pounds lost!

And to make it an even better day, I went to the gym and beat all my old records! Only in legs though. Arms, shoulders and back I have yet to do this week, but I know I'll beat those records. I was so happy I didn't wanna leave! I had so much energy too! I can't wait to go back!

WTF! Is Going On?!?!

Hey people's what's up? Nothing much here really. I have been going to the gym at least 4-5 times a week. So I'm keeping my promise to myself. Weekends are harder for me cause they close at 6pm. I work til 8pm. During the week they close at 9:30 pm so after work I can at least go for about an hour and get a workout in.

I will be honest though. I used to do cardio ALL THE TIME! Now I lift weight's all the time! I do arms one day. The leg's the next. Then shoulder's and back the next day. Then I usually go back to what I did before. The only cardio I get is going for a half hour walk on my lunch break. It' just that it's hard for me to get up early for the gym. So i go after work, but I really need to go early! It's so hard for me cause I'm not a morning person, at all. I have no excuse not to do it because I have a workout bike at home and a boxing bag that I just bought!

I've been drinking at least a gallon of water a day. Sometime's 2 gallon's a day. And I went to the gym and saw I weighed 327. I was like oh my god!!! Then less then a week later, i get on the scale and I weigh 340. I was like, no way! That has to be wrong cause I then got on another scale and it says 327, but it kept going back and forth, it couldn't decide what I weighed! So I'm guessing with all my water intake, all the lifting I'm doing, I'm building muscle and retaining some water. that has to be it. I'm not off the diet at all. Not "cheating" on it. I don't eat more carb's then I'm allowed. What the fuck could it be??!! Has to be gained muscle and water. At least that's what i hope.

The reason i believe that is....my pant's. You might be saying..."Your Pant's? But Tony what does that have to do with anything'? Well a few months ago I was a size 58, maybe 56. Now I'm in a 52! And it fit's comfortable. I can bend over and it doesn't cut off an air. In other word's it's not tight!. It's...just right:)

So scale's can be wrong. The body is a weird thing. It can be one thing this second, then the next it can change. My body has been changing for month's now and this little "bump" is NOT going to stop me. Not going to stop me at all!!

IT'S BEEN TOO LONG!!!

Hey people! I am SOOOOOOOO sorry I haven't been writing on here. I've been extremely lazy! I promise I will try harder!

So last time we talked I was at 351. that was on December 11th 2007. Well I'm happy to say that as of January 1st 2008 I am now down to 339! That's 12 pounds lost in under a month! I couldn't be happier!

December 11th, 2007 (1 more to go!)

Hey Everyone!!! Just wanted to give you an update.

Well.....First off let me say that i am so sorry for not updating this in a while. I've been busy and yes a little lazy, but hopefully I'm back on scheduale!

Anyways.....Ok I was off friday, saturday and sunday. Yay! I know right, but it went so fast! Well friday would have been my weigh in day, but since I was off I had to weigh in yesterday. The results are in!!

3 more pounds gone forever!!

That's right people! I'm now down to 351 pounds! With a total weight loss of 32 pounds! Only 1 more pound til I reach 350 AND my goal weigh I wanted to hit before Christmas! I know I can do it. I've never had so much faith in myself as I do now. And it's alos thanks to everyone out there supporting me! Seriously I couldn't have done it without all of your encouraging words. I love you all so much!!

A Great Surprise!!

Hey Everyone!! I weighed in yesterday! And the result's were...354 down from 359!! 5 pounds lost this week! I was so happy when I saw that number. I would have been happy with just 1 pound loss, but 5, I was so happy, I can't even explain it! It's almost soon going to be time to say goodbye to the 350's and hello to the 340's! Hopefully next week I can say that!

Goodbye 360's, Hello 350's!!

Hello Everybody! Tony here...again with another update. I have some good news actually. I'm out of the 360's and into the 350's! 359 to be exact. I only lost 1 pound, but it's 1 pound gone and never coming back! Now for some people it might not seem like a big deal, but when you weighed 383 like I did and couldn't lose weight, it's a big deal!

I'm happy to be seeing these result's. I can see a major difference in my face and my clothing. And in seeing these change's I have more motivation to go to the gym, to go for a walk even though it might be 26 degree's outside.

The Atkin's diet is giving me my life back!
